  When i press on the brake/clutch pedal it goes out?! Can anyone tell me if this is right or not. The car drives fine and have no problems otherwise. Thankyou

  - Anyone got any experience of driving the Volvo V70/S60/V50 with the D5 engine and a Geartronic automatic gearbox? I didn't think that diesel torque matched well with an auto box? Is the D5 worth a lot more than the alternative 2.0D lump I can get in a V50?

  hi lads .. i hope some one can help ive recently bought a 1997 vectra and while driveing it back home the engien managerment light as come on and it seems to be crawling there no lift when foot too floor can any one say wat it can be or a way of finding out the problem

  Should an automatic be shifted into neutral when at traffic lights etc? I do, because I think I'm doing my wallet a favour but is this true or can I just leave it in drive all the time... Thanks if anyone genuinely knows (rather than guessing like me + friends)!

  I have noticed whilst driving behind twin tailpipe BMW's that some have a butterfly valve in the end of one of the two pipes. On a 530D (I think ) the valve was open at idle and closed on pulling away, a 330CI did the opposite.

  my vectra started making tapping/knocking noise, sound coming from cam belt area. took to garage and informed that it needs new timing belt.as car still drives does it mean that no damage has been done to engine.new timing kit being put in next week.

  Driving my 306 last night and the healights died!Side lights and main been work ok but no head lights.Does this indicate (no lighting pun intended) that it maybe the switch thats at fault and not a wiring problem?

  Try to start - just get 'drrrrrrrrrr' clicking noise. Engine does not even try to turn over. Was driving fine previously. Happened when wifey came back to car after an appointment. Any ideas? Thanks!

  Hello After a tiring day of driving a pheasent decided to bolt into the road. By the time i saw it, it was too late to do anything at all. There is now a crack in the lower part of my bumper. How do i tidy it so it is not visible.

  Hi, Have a battery charging warning light lit whilst driving, sounds like a belt slipping as well. Anybody know if the alternator belt is easy to change/adjust or is it a trip to the garage? Haven't got anyway to work from underneath other than a jack. 93 1.6i zetec if that makes a difference.

  Where are the timing marks on the cam gear and the crankshaft gearwheels (I cant see them)? How do you disengage the distributor drive whilst maintaining some sort of reproducibility when it comes to re-installing?
