Tony Pond 10 Feb 2002 (Forum)

I remember some of his storming drives like the 1977 RAC when he was lying second in a TR7 until the darn thing fell apart under him. He also had some amazing drives on the Manx International Rally. In 1978 he won driving a TR7V8 that was truly awesome to watch and probably most impressive in 1984 came second overall in a production SD1 Rover. -

volvo - What is the best car for me? 10 Jul 2020 (Forum)
I drive a 200TDI defender 90, so prefer the gearstick. I realise any SUV or taller vehicle won't be the best on the long drives, in comparison to an estate like the xc70, octavia, bmw, subaru, etc, would just be good for a taller driving height. -
