  My '56 Nissan Note has recently been slipping gears in Drive and reverse. Nissan Oldham cannot find any fault. Has anybody else had this problem ?

  I think good, wouldnt have a car without it. Maybe because most of my driving is done north of Carlisle in light traffic compared to the more manic parts of the UK.

  If you do not know already, can you feel if a car is FWD or RWD by normal driving on public road? If yes, how do you do that? I admit, I can't.

  Straightforward question, If I put my car in for an M.O.T one month early and it fails, can I still drive it for the one month originally remaining or does the failure override the original 12 months?

  when i start up my mondeo it misfires but starts working better as i drive more. i have recently changed dizzy, plugs and leads but it is still misfiring. what else could it be?

  I'm thinking of getting an older car that's, reliable, comfortable/fast to drive and a cut above the norm. The models that stand out are the Mercedes 190E 2.6i and the BMW 325i E30. Which would others recommend or is there an alternative?

  I had a drive in a Mondeo the other day, but was thoroughly distracted by being able to see the filaments in the heated windscreen. The salesman says he's never come across anyone else who noticed them. Is it just me?

  2yrs old 50,000 miles, drives absolutely fine. Do I need to add any additives to clean the injectors as a matter of routine? I very rarely put in supermarket diesel. The manual makes no mention. Thanks
