  I've just given up trying to change the oil on my Fiat Multiwagon, having discovered that my new Halfords wrench for removing the drain plug wont't fit (this has nine heads and 'fits most cars'). I've also found that it is impossible to replace any of the front bulbs myself, as the battery blocks access on one side, and the washer fluid bottle on the other, and have been unable to help with jump starting a neighbour's car due to my battery being boxed in by a cover attached by star screws, which I couldn't remove without the appropriate tool.

  He used to do 60 miles per day to work and back, he now does 50 yards by foot during the week and a few miles at weekends. He initially thought about an American muscle car such as a Mustang as he likes the noise of a a V8 (!) but budget and other factors may prohibit. We then went on to discuss other vehicles which may offer him something different and covered all angles - V8 Rovers, Supras, Skylines, Jaguars, Bentley, Westfield, Porsche etc.

  Have I missed anything? For what it's worth my radio front is in the house now but my car is parked overnight in the street. I know there are some fancy radios that hide their own front (so you're effectively stuck with a halfway position between options 1 and 2) and that you can also buy covers that make it look as if you've removed the front.
