  Had a youngish guy driving an Audi A3 run into the back of me today whilst I was stationary in a queue at traffic lights. Quite a "bang", but not enough impact for his air-bags to deploy. My rear bumper is ruined (and the parking sensors have given up the ghost) and other than that and two very minor dents in the tailgate (probably fixable by a good "dent-doctor"), I've got-off lightly.

  The engine/emissions and traction control warning lights have been appearing intermittently on my 2003 Audi A4 Avant 2.0 Sport (Petrol), and have now started going all the time. The only 'symptom' I notice when driving is that when the lights are on, the car staalls very easily. Apart from that I've not noticed much difference.

  Hi just had the near side CV boot changed on my 2003 Audi A3. On leaving the garage there was no problem until about 10 miles later when my ESP light illuminated and stayed on. Took the car back to the garage where they said that it was nothing to do with what they had done but they said my steering angle sensor was faulty and would cost over £250 to put right, I also told them at the time that I had noticed that my steering wheel was no longer straight!

  good evening, i would be grateful for your opinions on the following. sold my audi a4 tdi on ebay around 5 weeks ago. all was fine buyers said they'd pay in cash, turned up on day said they couldn't get the £2300 out in one go at the bank so have made a paypal payment to me. i wasn't happy about this but accepted it and the car was sold. only thing to note was the drivers door trim on the outside was loose as someone had tried to pull it of the night before i guess in an attempt to steal it, they saw this and accepted it anyway. 5 weeks later they left negative feedback saying the headgasket went 2 weeks after buying it, and today they have filed for a refund wth paypal saying the following faults are present, failed headgasket due to leaking waterpipe that has been repaired with silicone 2 out of 4 glow plugs didn't work air mass meter failed door trim hanging off front bumper held with silicone spare tyre missing.

  Please Help I'm not to sure what I have done. Audi A4 tdi 66kw (90BHP) 1995.....every since we brought the car the plug for what I assume is the Boost Control Valve has been broke and disconnected.......it is the plug with the Red/White & Brown/Yellow Wires......plugs in to what appears to be a relay or solenoid that is fixed to a bracket on the front of the engine, just above the A/c pump. there are three hoses coming off it, one to the turbo outlet, one to the wastegate and one to the induction hose for the turbo..all the pipes are approx 8mm dia.
