  Would want an automatic considering a lot of time is spent in rush hour traffic. Considerations Ive made so far Mazda 3 (2019+): seems to get very frequently suggested on other sites; I really like its looks as well as interior with physical controls.  Toyota Corolla: sounds like it gets better fuel economy, and obviously has the bulletproof reliability Toyota are known for.

  Hi everyone, I've just recently got a 2006 Mazda 3 , 2.0 sport, and wondered if anyone could answer a few questions for me. The coolant temp is only running at an average of 56°c, so I know I have to change the thermostat which I plan on doing at the weekend.

  2008 Mazda 2 1.3 TS2 with 100k miles on it. It was bought outright in 2010 for £7495 with  33k miles and has been reliable, with yearly servicing and just a few suspension parts and a pulley wheel replaced.

  She is going from 13 miles on a bus to 50 miles (Manchester to Sheffield) in a car.  She currently has a 2013 Mazda 2 1.33.  The car has no finance on it but it now obviously out of warranty etc. We have 3 options with regards to her new commute, basically the new commute will cost her about £10 a day in fuel (Yaris), £12-13 in the Mazda.

  We own a 12 year old Mazda that has been in a number of bumps and scrapes and is on its last legs (the boot no longer opens for example). We have owned it for 6 years. 2 weeks ago we took delivery of a new A3 to replace the Saab (PCP), the theory being we would run the Mazda to its next MOT, then see if it passed and scrap it if not.

  If she had to trade it in (which she is thinking of doing) I think it would be sent straight to market and whoever bought it would be prudent to arrange for all the rust to be sanded and treated and then the car re-sprayed!   I was not impressed (a few years ago) with an early 95 - but I understand there was a significant rejig round about 2003 ? That improved the rear legroom and handling? I know very little about the honda or the mazda. Im told the mazda is a bit plasticy? thanks for any info. Im going to look at them but Im really short of spare time in the day to look at them and I would rather not mess private sellers about doing initial looks/test drives before I've decided what I want.

  Plan B now is to buy a sensible and dependable new (or nearly new )car and research would suggest a Mazda 3 will suit my current lifestyle and employment needs admirably.and I note that a Special edition called the Katano is available: 1.6 petrol RRP £12995 I have been for a test drive in one today and, although it didn't raise my pulse rate or set me on a tryst with fantasy, it did everything competently and efficiently.
