• Renault Clio - Fitting a Renault Spare Wheel Release Clamp Winch 20 Apr 2017 (Forum)
  I have since found out that they operate by using a wheel release clamp and top winch carrier holder. I have read that these can cost £250, But phoning around second hand renault part dealers, These are selling for around the £40 mark, But most are from the old pre 2009 models, so unsure if these will be the same the Mk 4. Looking inside the boot of my Clio, There is a couple of blank plates that are gluded into place where the clamp would fit and not sure on how easy these would be to remove.
