Why won't my Renault Megane turn over?

My Renault Megane 1.5DCi won't turn over. It's had a new ECU and has been coded and still won't turn over. I press the brake and the clutch, and press the start button, then it beeps twice and the fan comes on but it doesn't start. I'm at my wit's end with it now and don't have the money to get it fixed. Can you please tell me what's wrong with it?

It might be the crankshaft position sensor, or it might be an air leak into the fuel delivery system.
