Citroen C8 MPV (2003 - ) - 2004 2.0 HDi - Injector Problems 16 Jan 2012 (Forum)
c. These engines are found on a range of Citroen models. I believe this is an engine design fault which the owner should not have to bear the cost or responsibility for. The repairs exceed the value of the car, we are faced with writing off the car or spending more money on it than its worth. -

Renault Zoe and Citroen - Expensive EV repairs 23 May 2021 (Forum)
Rip off Britain featured two owners who were quoted £7k and £6k by main dealers to fix their EVs. Citroen has its technical centre in Romania and diagnosed over the phone as the bill went up to change part after part to fix the non start. Eventually the owners withdrew their vehicles from the dealers and took them to an EV specialist in Cheltenham which I believe is Cleevely EVs and got them fixed for £1200.
