  Bit of a long one here goes… I was in an accident about a month ago which was my fault and had to pay an excess of 1.4k. It’s a 2016 Citroen C3 and I purchased it for 7k off finance nearly new. I wanted to sell my car after paying off finance and get something nicer but now I’m on the fence about selling as I feel I’ve put too much money into the car and it would not be worth selling at this point.

  Since we bought it it's been faulty. Been to the garage 3 times and they cannot fix the car. In August we made the complaint to finance company. After they had 8 weeks they asked 3 times for more time, so now its been 13 weeks with them and I haven't got their final response. Got Financial Ombudsman on the case now, and finance company asked for more time again.

  having read reports on this web site about the Santa fe I decided to look @ UKcarbroker site recommended on here, so back on September 6th 2010 I ordered one & I was told 3Months wait OK, but early Dec was told it would be now early Jan 2011, in the mean time I sold my Xtrail in prep for new car, only to be rang on the 4th Jan to say my order was cancelled as I was going to pay for it with no finance,(they were told @ time of order) all of a sudden it appears they cannot do this so was told I would have to take out some finance & start my order again another 3 mths, deposit repayed to my account ok, but what a let down after 4mths wait, I certainly would NOT recommend this Site to purcase a new car

  I have an 83k mile TDI 130 Passat estate and am considering replacing it with a new or newer model.With regard to a brand new model I am looking at putting down a deposit of around £4k and financing the rest via a PCP and have my eye on the TDI 140 SE estate.Can anyone suggest what sort of deal I ought to be looking at here in terms of price for the car and apr for the finance? An alternative is a nearly new old shape model: I have found a < 1 year old TDI 130 sport estate with less than 10k on the clock priced around 14k.Is this a good deal or would I be better buying the new model?

  I was not given an MOT certificate. The car is funded through a Private Contract Plan, through VW Finance. I was told at the dealership that the MOT certificate would be sent to VW Finance. It had been a long day, so I left, happy with that knowledge, but then started wondering on the way home how I get the vehicle taxed at the end of October, and was wondering what happens if I have to produce my documents at a police station.

  I have a car on pcp. dont want it any longer, but how do i tell the prospective buyer that i will use the funds from car to pay off pcp (finance i guess). can i write out a letter which is signed by myself, would this be enough for the person buying my car. i cant raise the funds to pay off the finance first. i will get an extra 3-4 grand by selling it private, rather than the poultry??

  Honda Jazz 1.4 DSi  112k miles 2008 £650 from sister No monthly outgoings, car is sound and has been looked after but is the mileage time big bills come along? 2. Honda Jazz EX 1.4 iVTEC  60k miles 2009 £4200 main dealer 5yr 0% finance, includes full year's Honda Warranty. Slightly worried about the age - newer version of the Jazz, again should I worry about the bills? It'll be 14 years old when paid for 3. Nissan Note Accenta Prem dci 41k mies 2014 £6350 main dealer 5yr 0% finance - includes Three month warranty but extendable.
