EVs in a crash 20 Jan 2021 (Forum)
Thinking about the evolution of crumple zones, side-impact bars etc, I started wondering what effect the large heavy battery of an EV has, compared with a traditional fuelled vehicle where the main mass is nearly always at the front. Vauxhall Omega - Locked Out! 30 Oct 2019 (Forum)
I remotely deadlocked and set the alarm on my 1998 Omega as per usual last night. This morning I was unable to open it. It appears that the car's battery has failed (alarm light not blinking) and because of this you cannot use the key to get into the car. Surely there must be a way of opening the car so that I can charge/change the battery? -
