    Now the problem is that I have to be the keeper on the V5 as terms of the finance. yet her insurance company will only insure her (she has 5 years ncb) if she is on the V5.     Also, at what level could you reasonably say to the dealer that you are not happy with the car and cancel the finance agreement - if at all? The guy told her it was a 1.6 when she bought it. It turned out it was a 1.4. Personally I'd say that was gounds in itself.
