Zafira 2010, diesel model. A fine large family MPV that is spacious, OK to drive, and economical when running right.
I had too many problems however - turbo failed, then EGR valve. Also had ongoing problems with brakes, replaced disks and pads and still had excessive wear issues.
It was all cheap enough to repair but after a few years and the Zafira had over 100,000 miles on it, it really was only good for sc***. Value dropped like a stone when older, and it simply was not worth putting through another MOT just for it to fail.
Overall a pretty average MPV that should have been better. Would not recommend a Zafira of this age now - go for the updated 2014 Zafira Tourer models, do not bother with the older one.
