Superb - most appropriate word to describe this car!

Can't believe the comfort and performance, a really underrated car. Quiet as a library inside, loads of space and very comfortable interior that is well-specced. The 1.8 turbo engine is refined and economical but with plenty of poke if you need it. I get 26mpg around town and 45 on the motorway so pretty good on fuel for a car with 150bhp.

The ride is quiet and very comfortable and will happily sit at 70+ on the motorway with no noise or rattle in the cabin. There can't be a better motorway car for the money.

The parking sensors are a common failure but really the build quality and reliability cannot be faulted. In 8 years my Superb's only MOT advisory was for a new tyre 4 years ago. Far better family car than a Mondeo/Vectra and without paying a premium for an A4/BMW/Merc when this car is as good if not better.
