1.5 dCi N-Connecta Style 5dr Hatchback
Does what it says on the tin
Overall mileage 53mpg based on mixture of predominantly town driving with some long distance jaunts on A roads/motorways.
Visibility through passenger side window is not good due to width of side door pillar which makes crossing central reservations scary.
Air-conditioning is not great at clearing condensation in the car and passenger side clears first which is a real design flaw.
Ride is firm but at motorways speeds little wind noise. Engine is fairly quiet. My 1.5dci has absolutely no guys and have to frequently drop down from 6th to 4th gear on moderate inclined to maintain speed.
There appears to be little if any underbody or interior floor pan sound insulation and every small stone chip thrown up by wheels is really noticeable.
Overall in 6 months of ownership nothing had gone wrong and despite its weaknesses it does the job I need it to do. The connecta model I have had more than enough gadgets but really miss audible reversing sensors rather than using standard reversing camera which gets mucky very quickly as does rear window and boot with normal driving.
