1.6 SE 5dr Hatchback

Nice and spacious, revvy engine, terribl;e heater

Spacious car with good split level boot. The engine feels like it needs a 6th gear as it revs 3500 at 70mph - which feels too high. I am used to diesels bit this still just "feels" wrong for a petrol. The heater is absolutely terrible and I took it back to the dealer who said "they are all like that".

When on a short journey it is impossible to get the car warm thoroughly. It gets too hot around your face and cold around feet. This is despite whatever you do to the controls - just too much heat goes up onto the windscreen. Even if you turn that "off" it does not go off and chucks out heat too high. On a long journey of more than 20 or so miles the car does even out but for around town......yuk. A shame because the car is actually great to drive around town...though more so in the summer!
