Brilliant car but really bad service from both Kia and Garage

As much as I would like to recommend this car, I cannot due to the very poor service I am receiving under the warranty.
Having covered just 33,000 miles the gearbox has failed and neither the garage I purchased from and to date has carried out every service, and Kia Uk can do nothing to help keep me on the road, Kia will supply a car if parts required are on back order and the garage will only rent me a car. It’s been with the garage for 2 weeks now and even I enquired today for an update was told they hope to look at it late next week.
So by the looks of things if your breaks down under warranty you have at least a month without any car.
I know it’s my problem but due to major health issues I have to attend hospital at least 3 times per week.
As I have said before both the garage and Kia uk just don’t care.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Buy a Kia and you get no help if it breaks down.
