Lovely car to drive but problems with paint work

This car is a pleasure to drive, it’s comfy, holds the road and it enjoyable. I think it’s really good on fuel and especially on long runs! However, the car hit 4 years old and a part of my paint work on both sides next to my windscreen has flaked off. The paint work is now out of warranty and Honda have not been great in returning calls so I feel like I am left with a car that’s going bald! As Honda have not been forth coming in helping, although the case is not closed; I’m left to think this is not a fault with my car but not great workmanship at honda
