Problematic sync3 and engine faults

Twice a main dealer updated software to eliminate the dreaded yellow spanner (drive train fault). It came back once afterwards then disappeared, two months now with no engine management fault ( fingers crossed)
Sync3 update would not take via Wi-Fi, the so called free online usb update is not technically free unless you have a PC with Winzip installed, Approx £50 to 70 for winzip then the Ford cost of the online download
Two days at dealers for a 30 min update of Sync 3 is unacceptable., the hands free phone system crashed 10 mins after leaving dealer, found out a reset from internet, ( seams to be working at the moment.
Navigation map update apparently failed even at main dealer, they wanted car for a further two days for a 2 hour map update, ( no way Jose).
Get an I phone cradle and use “Maps” is the way forward
If issues Carry on I will be trading in for a Hyundai, had a 10 year old IX35 with 96000 and no real faults, wished I still had it.
First and definitely the last Ford.
