Ford Kuga (2013 - 2020)
Titanium X 2.0 TDCi 140 FWD 5dr
Repeatedly Unreliable
I'm nearly 70. I've been driving for 50+ years. This car is the most unreliable car I've ever owned (though a Peugeot 405 came a close second) which makes me sad because I bought it thinking it will be the last car I ever own (I'm in poor health too). It's been one thing after another. Electrics, ignition,, suspension, leaking windscreen, water ingress. The worst has been key fob failures/central locking/battery/ECU/alarm, the list goes on....
Would I recommend to a friend - NO
Would I buy another Kuga - NO
Would I trust another Ford - PROBABLY NOT, which is a pity because I've always thought Ford's were fine cars. By contrast my 08 plate Mondeo Estate was a good car. My Kuga isn't. Now I believe the old saying :-
FORD = Fix Or Repair Daily
My Kuga certainly feels that way
