Really cheap to buy and run!

I have owned this car 5 years and it now has 89,000 miles (nearly all motorway miles) on the clock. I am very pleased with this car as overall it really has been really cheap motoring, cheap to buy, tax and insure, mpg is very good. I particularly enjoy the light steering and easy gear change. I have never broken down and not failed an MOT to date, although there has been a few problems, some costing quite a lot to repair:
2 x water pump replacements found during routine servicing
1 x catalytic converter (cracks found)
Engine emission light always on (due to the quote of £800 to replace cat again I have left this)
Driver side door lock can stick
Easy to break into (1 break in)
Car is quite sensitive to the wind on the motorway
leak where aerial is to the internal light
