Quality car, solid build quality and blistering performance

I arranged a test drive in the S1 with my local Audi dealer and ended up purchasing it that afternoon. My biggest concern had always been the large cost of a new S1 from Audi, this purchase of used 2k mile S1 solved that issue and meant I was able to get behind the wheel and avoid the normal new car depreciation costs.

Pros:
Audi build quaility
Blistering performance for a three door hatchback, lots of torque
Great driving experience, the different driving modes with Quattro make it very accomplished on all roads
Very reliable (to date)
Better than expected 31 mpg on everyday driving (lowest is around 24 mpg when driven hard and highest is 40ish mpg on motorways
Easy to tune (remaps or tuning boxes are easily available)

Cons:
Expensive if buying new (the options soon add up) so search for a suitably spec'd almost new S1
Audi servicing costs are expensive. Audi will price match an independent quotation if it uses Audi parts and this has meant I have been able to save on the first service cost.
