My son's premium increased after an accident that wasn't his fault - can we claim this from the driver that hit his car?

My son was hit in a car park and the other driver admitted liability. The claim was dealt with by their insurers but has been declared when my son renewed his policy. The premium has increased although he made a no fault claim. Can we claim from the third party that hit his car? Can you please tell me if we have any comeback against the insurance company?

You can claim the increased premium for the next five years from the at fault insurer as an uninsured loss. If you are going to be penalised through no fault of your own, then it is only fair that the at fault party pays for it.
