Can you do a feature with information specifically for younger drivers?

As many of your readers will be grand/parents of teenage drivers, would it be worth doing a feature on: tips for teenage drivers, how to find/what to look out for in a good teacher, costs/procedures involved in taking the tests, how to find/recommendations for best pre- and post-test insurance including explanation of Pass Plus as well as pros and cons of being on a parent's insurance vs starting from scratch. You could also recommend the best cars for teenagers (including used) in several price brackets. I'm sure a lot of readers would appreciate having all this info in once place, written by competent people.
