How to stop accident claim hassle callers?

In August, my car (parked and unoccupied), was struck by another car, (which was also unoccupied) due, it is believed, to a fault on the electronic braking system.

I obtained information from the third party and reported the accident to Churchill, my insurer. The same day I was contacted by SAGA, the third party insurers, who accepted liability and offered to deal with the repair. After some deliberation, I decided to accept their offer, since they were offering what I considered to be a more acceptable repair than Churchill together with a guaranteed car hire of a similar specification to my own and at a repair centre in which I had more confidence.

The repair was completed to a high standard and to my full satisfaction and the process was, in my opinion, highly efficient. On completion of the repair I was sent a cheque for £100 by Acromas (SAGA) as a thank you for using their service and keeping costs down.

I have recently had several telephone calls from solicitors and accident management companies informing me that either Churchill or Acromas have set a sum aside for me for personal injury or inconvenience and urging me to use them to recover this sum. I have contacted Acromas who have told me that the file is now closed but explained that the information relative to the accident has been posted on a database as they are required to do.

Is there anything I can do to stop all these spurious calls which are obviously trying to encourage me to submit a fraudulent claim. I have the name and telephone number of the most recent caller who said that he had been asked by Churchill to act on my behalf.

Threaten to report them for criminal fraud.
