Is there a problem with the SOS system on the new VW Tiguan?
I recently purchased a 2024 VW Tiguan. In the first few weeks after diiving for a few minutes I was getting the message 'Emergency call failed / Information call failed'. It stopped but has now started again. Is this something to do with my phone or a VW issue?

A number of Volkswagen models have been affected by an issue with the SOS system, and at present there does not appear to be a simple solution. We would suggest raising the problem with the supplying dealer so that they can address the issue directly and hopefully provided a quick resolution.
