Insurance question

I have a second car which I'm not using at the moment (I have a company car) and I want to lend to my brother for a indefinite period. Quite rightly he wants to insure it under his own name as he'll be the main driver but he's having problems because he's not the registered keeper. For obvious reasons, as I still own the car I'd rather not have him as a new keeper as it'll count against me when I come to sell. Is there anything my brother can to do to get himself insured.
