I cover about 7000 miles per year. Can you suggest a hybrid or all-electric replacement for my MINI One?

A Hyundai Ioniq is a good option and is available as a hybrid, plug-in hybrid or electric model. If you can charge at home and cover mainly local journeys, the electric or plug-in hybrid version might work for you.
