Do any manufacturers offer free insurance on new cars?

When searching for a good small used car for my 19 year old daughter in 1996, we found that the brand new Citroen Saxo came with two years free insurance, so she bought a new one. My 20 year old grandson has just taken his test and I wondered if any manufacturers had any similar offers rather than buy a used vehicle?

You can usually find these kinds of offers on our finance page, here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/cheap-car-finance-advice/#fre...e

However, the manufacturer's finance deals all change at the start of July - every three months usually - so some of these may not be updated yet. The SEAT Ibiza comes with free insurance on finance until October 2018 (make sure you read the Terms and Conditions though). You can find that offer here: www.seat.co.uk/offers/new-cars/ibiza.html
