Ford Grand C-MAX - Anyone has Ford Grand C-Max 1l petrol? 28 Jan 2015 (Forum)
Since we hold our cars for years there's no point in risking a diesel which may later become too "dirty" plus all its low speed-associated issues. Anyway sorry for the long introduction - Grand C-Max is on the agenda with the most economical 1 ltr petrol engine (seems there's a facelifted model coming soon but I don't know if the petrol engines are changing or not). Anyone has experience with that? -
Ford c-Max - C-Max Automatic – Worth Buying 7 Mar 2015 (Forum)
A friend who has never owned an automatic asked me to look at a ‘56’ 2-litre C-Max for sale at a small local dealer last week. As he has never even driven an auto I took it on the test drive. It felt capable but nothing special and my friend said he would think about it. It has done about 59k but has rather a limited service history – allegedly done privately because of cost. -
Ford C-MAX - New tyres 10 Oct 2011 (Forum)
Hi Guys, I have an 09 automatic C-Max, and I need new tyres, the current are conti sport contacts 2, a good tyre but I was gonna go for goodyear vector 4 seasons as they should match my requirments better than summers, would these be a good match for the c-max type of car. -
Focus C-Max 2.0TDCi 2004 - Ford Focus C-Max Engine Warning light is on 3 Nov 2010 (Forum)
I have got a problem with my 2004 Focus C-Max 2.0TDCi. When the air temperature (not engine temperature!) is cold the engine management warning light comes on. It is pretty consistent on cold days. The car seems to run fine (although it has a very tappety idle and it is a bit misfiry around 1,000 rpm - but then it is normally). -
Ford Focus c-max - focus c-max buying advice 25 Sep 2010 (Forum)
Hello all. I'm looking to replace my almera (the rust finally got it). I'm very tall, and find the focus c-max very comfortable in terms of driving position. It's likely that I'll go for one -- the boot space is handy -- budget up to 4500 for the right vehicle. Your buying advice is very welcome. -

Ford Focus - Garages/repairs 8 Jul 2021 (Forum)
This seems to happen regardless of where i take it (talking about many cars over many years). Often they already know what needs doing and say the part/s will be ordered beforehand. So why do I have to spend all day without transport for a job that takes 1-2 hrs? Im not counting jobs where unknown issues may crop up. If a job takes half the day max, why cant i arrange to leave it with them for either the am or pm? -

Ford C-MAX - Persistent engine warning light 31 Jan 2012 (Forum)
The engine warning light on my 2005 Ford Focus C-Max 1.6 Zetec came on and the acceleration was reduced. My local Ford dealer did a diagnostic which said there was a problem with the throttle pedal sensor. The throttle pedal was replaced (at a cost of £200), the light went off then came on again three days later. -
