  How can I find out if an import company is safe and reliable to use? The import agent that I am considering is "Premier Autos" (www.premierautos.net), is this a sound import company? Also, is price negotiable with import agents, ie. can I "haggle" with them?

  My car is an imported Audi s3 (2002). It was built on the same production line as a Uk main dealer supplied car but supplied to me from a German Audi main dealer.(Full UK spec. and much more) Why should it be that some insurance companies refuse to quote because it is a self import ?

  I jut placed an order for a european import. The dealer told me, and I have had confirmation from the UK head office that all cars imported after Jan 1 02 will get a 2 year europe wide warranty. we are getting there slowly alan
