vw 110tdi power loss 5 Apr 2005 (Forum)
I had a timing belt (50k) a little while ago, but I think it's unrelated as I was already experiencing this. On the flat the car seems ok, and it's really only when the car's under pressure under hard acceleration especially going up steepish hills. The car's fine until about 2500rpm, at which point the power just seems to die. -

Hi everyone My car has just passed its NOT but it has had an advisory about slight movement from the bushes on the front wishbones. It's apparently ok atm but will need replacing before the next MOT. Ford Focus, 1.8tdci, 2007 - Broken front spoiler 16 May 2012 (Forum)
I ran over a concrete post thrown from a motorway bridge by local teenage pond-life last night. Phoned the police and they just said lucky it didn't land on the car. Thanks Mr Plod. Anyway... amazingly, only damage is to lower part of front bumper. This appears to be a kind of 'spoiler' or 'skirt'. Can this be replaced without having to get a whole new bumper? -
Smart Fortwo - front brakes both seized 15 Feb 2012 (Forum)
What would cause both front brakes to seize when the engine is running? If i open thebleed nipple to release the pressure, the wheel frees up but without the bleed nipple open, the pistons wont push in. I thought it might be te servo but the rear wheels are fine which is really odd at as i beleive these cars operate a dual line braking system. -

Do Punto front bumpers adjust? 13 Apr 2004 (Forum)
My wife picked up her new Punto today. On a VFM basis I don\'t think that it\'s that bad a car. I have driven it today and it really grew on me. Certainly more fun that my Passat. The only thing that I can find to fault is that the front bumper, on the driver side, where it meets the wing, is not straight. -

This does the job perfectly but have wondered if even with this amount of care the tracking of the front wheels have remained spot on. Any comments would be interesting and welcome. -
