  Having a funny problem tonight. I have just been defrosting the windscreens and side windows having planned to go on a shopping trip. However, I have now thought better of it and decided to go in the morning. Problem is, I can't lock the car. It locks via a fob that you click once to lock and twice to double lock.

  I previously had rear bumper sensors on the old one and I propose having them installed on the new. With the new car I can see nothing of the front of the car at all from the driving seat, which has made me consider sensors on the front bumper too. I live in an urban area where street parking easily is rare. Are front sensors more trouble than they are worth (from what I read) or are there sets on the market that do the job fairly comfortably?

  hi people a quick questions, i hope someone can give me some advice on... 1. is it essential to have the fronts the same as the rears? (e.g brand/make etc), i have new tyres on the front, but the rears i was going to get some budget/midrange ones 2. i have new V rated tyres at the front but i saw a special offer ina garage for H rated tyres, which i was going to put on the rear is this wrong to do?

  I?ve recently had both front bearings replaced on the car, (these were both badly worn.) now the car dosn?t feel very sturdy on the front end, mainly drivers side. The car will pull very badly to the right when the car is in slow moving traffic and the braking on that particular wheel feels and sounds odd.

  Don't know why they picked his car, there was *nothing* in it, even the radio front was off. Still, they must have enjoyed themselves 'cos they also had a dump on the front lawn! At least they didn;t get into the car to relieve themselves in it. :) Blue

  My CRV has a 4WD capability classed as intelligent.  It decides for itself when to engage 4WD when either one or both front wheels lose traction.  It then cuts out when the throttle is eased to regain front wheel drive and steering.  If on ice, it can happen that the front wheels lose grip and the 4WD propells the car in a straight line.
