  I've just bought a nissan almera 2.2 td 2000 model and it comes with what looks like the spare key did this model have remote central locking feature and if so is there anyway of telling which one seen different fobs on ebay and have read how to reprogram them.

  My Nissan Almera has started to make a noise and I have been told by a local mechanic that the chain is loose. He has said that it could cost £400-£500 to replace but that an oil and filter change might help.

  hi,  i have a nissan pathfinder tekna 2011 model, i brought the car with front panel damage i replaced the side curtain airbag and the drivers seat airbag with genuine nissan parts.  the garage next door cleared any codes but we still have a solid airbag light does anyone know how to clear this or does it need to go to nissan and have something re writtern on what ever electric box  cheers jim

  Looking to buy an 08 Nissan Note. The model is advertised as an 'S'. Having looked at several websites the Note model range runs in parallel with rest of Nissan range ie Visia, Acenta etc. Does anyone know when Nissan made this change and did they update the spec of the cars?

  I have a 98 s reg nissan micra 1l and am having problems with it misfiring and chugging. I have changed the distributer coz it was coming up with that as a fault code. I have then changed the plugs, rotor arm, dizzy cap and the problem was still happening.

  The Timing Chain on my Nissan Almera stretched and now it takes me forever to start it and it's very jerky and it even stalls without any warning. Google suggested this is common problem with the Almeras and it's very expensive to repaire: Nissan quoted me £900-£1000.
