Battery life - Golf VR6 11 Aug 2005 (Forum)
I\'m curious to know whether these look like reasonable figures. I think they probably are, given the car and its electrical demands (windows, heated seats, A/C, etc.), but any comparative information would be of interest. -
Nissan Primera blower !! 16 Dec 2004 (Forum)

MGZS Remind you of anything - GM parts bin bits 19 Sep 2018 (Forum)
There appears to be a school of thought that the powertrain of the ZS is being built "just good enough" low towing weight, low torque? remind anyone of Astra gearboxes? (GM bits) Although I liked driving the car as a day to day thing on a test drive (or 3 )..... ok on all counts, but only that. I decided to stick with the KIA venga. Someone waiting more than 6 weeks for a windscreen already, spare wheels not available? -
Any - MoT 3 Aug 2016 (Forum)
A few weeks ago I put my car in for the annual M o T test, it passedO.K with a few advisories ,one of which was windscreen view obstruction. This consisted of the mounting for the sat-nav which was as low as I could get it slightly to the right of the center of the screen, the old road tax disc mounting, and an old MoT pass sticker about 5 cms. square in the top left hand corner of the screen. -

BMW - BMW Depreciation question 14 Aug 2008 (Forum)
What percentage of list price should I expect to pay for one six months old and 12 months old assuming 10K miles per year? (Her previous car had a "mishap" at the local garage when in for a minor repair this week - needs a new bonnet, windscreen, and the roof is less than perfect! Despite BMW servicing the two stage bonnet catch had seized up and it was not properly down.......) -
Vectra Rain Sensors 21 Oct 2005 (Forum)
At the beginning of 2004 Vauxhall seemed to have dropped the rain sensor/auto dim rear view mirror unit as standard on the LS models. Having had a number of hire cars with this feature I quite liked it. I have recently got a 2004 LS, which obviously does not have this feature. Is it something that could be retrofitted at it looks like it would be something that is simply stuck to the inside of the windscreen and connected to a power source. -
Replacing the Glass in a Fiesta tailgate 8 May 2005 (Forum)

Passat 2001 Battery Removal 24 Jun 2004 (Forum)
1) How do you get the battery out after removing the large plastic panel - does the other plastic panel up against the windscreen have to be removed? If so, do the wipers have to come off? 2) Are there likely to be problems with the car electrics/electronics? I know that the radio will have to be recoded but is anything else likely to be affected? -
