Does my Renault Master have a glow plug fault?

After travelling about 300 miles, I parked my Renault Master 2.2 DCi for two days, went to start it and it won't start. I checked the fuel and it's coming through, but I have seen on the control panel the heat light with squiggle lines. This goes off after a short time and then returns when the ignition is turned. Could this indicate that the glow plugs are faulty?

The glow plug sign should be on when the ignition is first switched on, and once the car has started it should go out. If the sign is staying on then it would suggest that you have a fault.
