Is there a variable windscreen wiper rate relay available for my Honda CR-V?

Some years ago I had a Volkswagen Passat. I purchased a relay that replaced the wiper relay and gave a variable rate of sweep. This worked by switching on the wipers in 'Intermittent' and when you got to the delay you wanted, switching off. When you next switched on the wipers continued at that rate. Do you know whether such relays are available now, in particular for a Honda CR-V?

No, because they are not compatible with the can bus wiring.
