How do I remove the front wipers on my Toyota?
I bought new wiper blades but I can’t remove the old ones (non-blade type) on my Toyota Auris. I presume my current ones have a hook attachment design but I can’t find any catch to press to get them off. Can you help?

If you are switching from non-blade type wipers to bladed types it is worth double checking you have the right fitment for your car. Some wipers will come with adaptors to suit different wiper arms so they can be fitted to a wider range of vehicles. If you are changing the whole blade, lifting the arm off the screen and then turning the blade so it is horizontal should allow you to slide it off, having undone the clips if there are any. If you want to just change the rubber you need to release the tabs at each end and slide the rubber out before replacing with the new rubber.
