  Ive never peeled one off the mot sheet since it went modern and ive very rarely seen one stuck in a windscreen. Im talking the new type not the old ones you wrote on with a ballpoint pen for it to fade in a month. Do you remove the sticker from your mot certificate? 3 year old and less car owners need not apply

  Having parked under a tree in the sun my car has been drizzled liberally with tree sap. It looks like water droplets but won't shift, and is annoying when it's on the windscreen. Am stuck (sorry) for ideas on how to get rid of it. The ferocious screenwash additive won't move it, and Holt's Screenies make no difference either.

  My girlfriend has a Mini Cooper Convertible, and apart from it being the most impractical car ever, she loves it to bits. A problem she is having witht it is the back window getting filthy as soon as it rains, to the point where you actually struggle to see out, especially at night. Obviously there is no back windscreen wiper, so anyone any suggestions on how to keep it clean?

  Hi all Last month my car was written off. As i waited behind a parked car (two thirds of the front of my car was behind it)for the oncoming car to pass i saw to my horror that the car swerved from its original course(opposite side of the road) straight into my car at about 25-30mph without breaking.I got out of my car to check that the woman who was driving and her kids in the back were all OK.Thankfully they were.

  I have had problems with no heat coming out of the normal vents just from the top dash vent only for quite some time now! it was suggested by removing the heater panel which has 4 screws you might be able to find out if that was the problem, is that the heater panel where you turn on the heat inside the car?

  Can anyone give me an idea of what I should be looking for here....  I have taken out the G40 sensor as the connector (on the front of the engine) looks good as does the wiring. I dont know how to test this sensor to see if it is working correctly so I'm considering just buying a new one at the VW dealer tomorrow and giving it a try.

  I have a 1995 306 Diesel Turbo. Yesterday the blower and heated rear window stopped working. When I eventually found the supply feed to both these relays (BB2) it reads only 3.5v. Obviously not enough to energise the relays. I checked the other side of the ignition switch and this is at the same voltage so I guess it's not that.
