  Can someone tell how to find the correct fuel filter for my Citroen C5 2.2 HDI 2001, spoke to Citroen and all he could give was the fuel filter part no. 190677 which isn't very helpful if i want to buy it from say Halfords!! It is either a Bosch or Siemens. Thanks for your help.

  I desperately do not wish to pay a premium price for second rate service, which has been my experience at Citroen main dealers. They do not give a fig about the car. Can anyone recommend any Citroen independants(car still under warranty)in the Dundee/Perth or Aberdeen/Inverness areas or at a push anywhere else in Scotland (not the Outer Hebrides please)!

  Hello all, I recently bought a Citroen C5 Estate with the 2.0 HDi (110bhp). The engine is generally good and strong, but has an additional lowish frequency noise and a slight extra vibration at idle. If I increase the revs by 100rpm or so, or draw any electrical load such as use aircon or the rear demister, the noise stops.

  My uncle needs too replace his exhaust on a 2001(X) CITROEN BERLINGO MULTISPACE FORTE , its the centre section seems like that the bit with the cat on true? will a berlingo van exhaust fit this vehicle? lots of them at the scrapyards now. if i can't find one at the scrapyards or via ebay. what the cheapest place to get the exhaust from?

  My x-reg Citroen Synergie is completely gutless below 3,000rpm, above which it pulls nicely, but under that there's almost nothing there - really sloooow to accelerate. I've heard of other people having lag problems traced back to something called a swirl or butterfly diaphragm (costing around £50 to replace), but our mechanic has diagnosed something wrong with the turbo, requiring a £600 recon replacement job.

  Citroen UK have an excellent warranty offer on until 18th August, called Citroen Advantage. Any Citroen up to three years old can have its warranty extended by 1 year for only £179. Normal cost £450. Seems like a no-brainer to me, so I have signed up for our C8.
