  My last 3 cars have been two Citroen c4 grand Picasso a 2008 and a 2009 model and recently a 2013 Peugeot 5008. So far no issues at all. Does this mean that Peugeot and Citroen are less pprone too dpf issues than other makes ?

  Peugeot 406 V6 3 litre.  Radiator fans failing to cut in when engine reaches 90c or above.  Took it to garage specialising in Peugeots, they failed to find any obvious fault and said that after cleaning contacts on fan relays they got both fans going.

  I have just got a new crankshaft pulley off ebay, it states it is a genuine Peugeot 0515 V7 which is correct for my car but they look different, have peugeot updated the design or have I been robbed. I have attached pictures. Any advice would be great. Thanks

  My brother in law asked me for help with his 1999 Peugeot roof problem as I know marginally more about cars than he does! Alas he lives 200 miles away as well. The roof mechanism died half way down and has not worked again. Fortunately it  closed again manually.

  I have been told that this switch is now obselete but even if I obtain one from a scrap yard I will still need a Peugeot garage to make it recognise the keypad security system which adds greatly to the expense . I would be grateful for any comments since apparently Peugeot rapidly upgraded this security system to one without a keypad .

  Having tried out a couple of group 1 (9kg-18kg) infant car seats at my local Halfords I was advised there arn't any which safely fit the rear of my Peugeot 306 (1999). Apparently it's the seat belt buckle which could potentially 'pop out' in an accident. The chap was very helpful and called Britax for advise, however (contrary to Britax online 'fit finder' which recommends their First Class Plus model) their customer service centre could not recommend a suitable seat.

  Can anyone please help I'm really fed up. I recently changed my beloved Zafira GSI for a 2002 Peugeot 307 D Turbo for economy, however within 2 days of owning it I had a problem saying unblock diesel filter, i contacted the dealer took the car back and he arranged for it to go back to peugeot who said it was something to do with FAP but sorted it all out.

  My daughter bought a Peugeot 206 about 3 months ago, from a dealer. It was bought against my advice, mainly on the basis of its color and alloy wheels. It came with a new MOT but no warranty or history, and a low mileage confirmed online by its past MOT's.

  I've covered about 16k miles since then. Does this warrant the need to attend to the system again? I haven't yet spoken to Peugeot yet but I don't like the idea of having to have the aircon seen to every year, particularly as I do use it all year round, to maintain it.

  SWMBO's Peugeot 205 XL, 1124 cc (H reg) fires up instantly in all weathers but always needs the choke for a few miles. Choke or not, when cold it has a frustrating habit of instantly dying stone dead when downing the clutch and braking for whatever reason.

  Last October my father in law purchased a Diesel Peugeot 206 from a Peugeot Dealership. The Car is a Y Reg and has done average sort of mileage. He noticed as soon as he took delivery of the car that a vibration can be heard from the alternator when the car is started from cold and only disappears after the car has heated up, or a load is put on the alternator (even when cold), e.g. he switches the lights on.
