Peugeot 307 Audible Alarm

Peugeot 307 Audible Alarm - Murielson

Recently the wife has occasionally been getting an audible alarm from her 307 when travelling at very slow speeds/revs. Occurs when slowing to manoeuvre at junctions or to park etc. I haven't heard the alarm but I imagine it is similar to a seat belt warning or reversing type alarm.

It has now been to see the Peugeot doctor on several occasions but nothing appears to be showing up on their diagnostic computer. Obviously an intermittent fault that has also not occurred when I have been in the vehicle driving or as a passenger.

Just wondered if anyone has experienced similar - any thoughts appreciated and I will update if Peugeot find out anything as they are supposedly trawling other dealerships to see if anyone has any ideas as they appear to have ran out in Andover!!

It may be a low fluid level somewhere, they give an alarm when the coolant level is low, even by a very small amount.

When its beeping are the any warning messages popping up on the display at the same time?
