Although it was purchased with a new MOT, the car failed another MOT within 1 week of purchase. I tried ringing the seller to no avail, so sent a strong email stating my views regarding consumer rights, DVSA, consumer credit act , county courts, trading standards, breach of contract and mis-selling of goods.
