  hi, does anyone out there know the specification for the oil which is used in the volvo v70 manual gearbox ,no info is available from the usual sources haynes,chilton workshop manuals etc, they only quote a volvo part number ,tried the main dealers who also refuse to dislose this classified info but are prepared to sell it to you at a very reasonable £25 a litre!

  IS there any way to correct the toe in setting for the o/s/r tyre, it looks as though it is pointing in too far, confirmed by a 4-wheel alignment system....

  HJ even suggest a Rover 75 Tourer {2000 plate}- OK, the diesel 75 may do 10 mpg more on average than the Volvo, saving perahps £250 tops per year, but the 75 will be just about worthless at 5 years old, but be Volvo would still be worth a good few grand - the Volvo is a bigger, safer, faster, 'sexier' and more realiable than the 75.

  With much reluctance I have finally parted with my hard earned and purchased another car. Swmbo was angling for a new model Volvo XC60 at £25k upwards but after a bit of effort I managed to find a cheaper option that satisfied her need to lord it over others on the road. I bought an approved used 2015 Volvo XC60 D5 auto with all the toys, 44,000 miles, a full Volvo history and in spotless condition inside and out.
