  Franchised dealers rarely bother to clean these pins as part of a routine service." I've no way of knowing what happened here or if Peugeot suggested this. Peugoet don't seem to understand the concept of identifying the root cause of a problem - anyone had any similar problems and/or have suggestions on who I can contact in Peugeot who might be more clued up and responsive than P. customer service?

  Hi guys I'm new to the forum so first and foremost hello everyone. I'm having a real issue with my Peugeot I haven't owned so long has a issue that while the engine is cold when I start it after the engine warms a little so the revs drop to a normal rate rather than slighty above 1k  The issue I have is the rev counter bounces up and down slightly however not to the point that it could stall or anything.

  Hi all. My wife's 2016 Peugeot 2008 1.6 diesel has an annoyance when changing up through the gears. The car jolts or jerks when bringing the clutch up between gear changes. Only an exaggerated slowly bringing up the clutch pedal and slipping the clutch prevents it.

  Hi, I bought a 1999 Peugeot 306 1.4 as a non runner, with a suspected ECU fault.  A new ECU had been put on the car, the crank sensor changed but the car still wouldn't start.  The old ECU has been put back on the car.

  - which, I suppose, is true. The dealer gave him a number to call to complain and he was told to write to Peugeot. Any legal-minded folk out there like to advise on where he stands? Personally, all I can see Peugeot doing is issuing some sort of certificate stating the difference in the mileage for him to keep with his service history.

  My parents have an 18-month old Peugeot 306 " Meridian", 15,000 miles, serviced as detailed at a recognised service centre. It's recently started making a knocking sound in the enging bay. Warwick Wright at Brent Cross in London took one "look" at it and said it was a recognised problem and was down to Peugeot to get it fixed.

  Hi, My Peugeot just failed it's MOT Smoke Test, the reading was 2.07m-1, and I think the max limit it 1.5m-1. KwikFit advised that an oil and filter change, with some additived should resolve. Are they being honest?

  The radio is working as is the USB input (music on a memory stick) however, there is no display, none of the other functions are available as the screen isn't working and my music has started playing in alphabectical order despite me having it on shuffle. Anyone experienced this issue on their Peugeot and know how to resolve it? (Obviously taking it back to the dealer is the obvious one, but it's Sunday!) Many thanks.

    Hi all   I have the following advisory after the Peugeot 207 passed its MOT:   Front Roll Bar Link N/S Worn/Damaged.   Anti- roll bar linkage has slight play in a ball joint nearside front (2.4.G.2).

  Hi My Peugeot Partner was struggling to start on first start up, turned over no problem but took a few tries til it caught, then starts up first time for the rest of the day and runs well. Changed all 4 glow plugs, starts instantly and runs well, but when i drive loses power and black smoke, iv learnt black smoke is too much fuel, what have we done wrong?
