  • FIAT to Supply BSM With 500s 1 Aug 2009 (News)
Because if it sees large numbers of ex BSM Fiat 500s hitting the used market at the sort of percentage ex BSM cars usually reach the used market it's going to be a slap in the face with a wet fish for anyone who paid full list price for a 500. In the past the identity of ex BSM cars was hidden by registering them to 'Engineering Education Trust' so as not to put used buyers off."
  • BCA Pulse Shows Auction Prices Rising 6 Jan 2009 (News)
Until motorists find it easier to raise finance and some confidence returns to the consumer marketplace, there is nothing to suggest that used car values are going to climb in the short term – but even so 2009 should not see a repeat of the price patterns experienced in 2008. The first few months of any year are traditionally among the strongest for used car sales and given that used cars have never been better value for money or more affordable, we might see some improved levels of activity in the first quarter – which hopefully will set the scene for the rest of the year.

Cars could be mid-engined two-seaters and manufacturers only had to produce 200 examples that bore no more than a passing resemblance to showroom models to meet minimal homologation requirements. • A Grand Monday: Fiat Punto 60S 30 Jul 2018 (News)
It’s a basic ‘S’ trim model, but that’s often how small Fiats work best – no electric windows, no power steering, no complex bits to go wrong – just a fun, basic and great looking little car that’s really well preserved. With a cheerful bright blue interior and excellent, solid bodywork, the only thing this car really wants for is a set of original Fiat hubcaps to replace the nasty aftermarket ones that it’s fitted with.
