• Excessive Smoke - how do you report it ? 17 Nov 2007 (Forum)
  There is a youth around here that drives an old shed, the car pumps out enough noxious fumes to smoke the population of a nearby fishery. Did I dream this or was there an on-line reporting system to VOSA to report such wretched behaviour ?

  Hi i have a 1.25 ghia fiesta 1998. i was driving along today with the speedo working fine then it suddenly stopped working. Does anyone have any ideas what's happened?

  Recently I saw the results of good security. An Audi A4 reversed onto a security post, (bent to about 45 deg.), in a private drive exit, with its rear wheels about a foot off the ground. I doubt if it was a theft attempt! Any other examples of good security?

  when i was in Belgium I saw an estate BMX 330ix I understand the x means all wheel drive, would this model be available in the UK? if not why not? s

  If you're doing 45mph in a 30mph I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect a hefty fine and penalty points. Before anyone says anything, no I don't drive exactly at the speed limit. Chris

  Hi ive got a tigra and the Control indicator has just started to light up as i am driving along (the one that looks like a helecopter) the book tells me to consult a Vauxhall dealership to remedy the fault. Has anyone experenced the same problem ? on this model ?

  my misses reckons they give way to vehicles entering roundabouts(whilst you are on a roundabout) i think shes talking rubbish , and she does it when shes driving(not very often if i can help it) but she is italian is she talking twaddle or what as ive never driven abroad?

  Hi, I have just recently brought a Focus ST170. Sometime when driving it will loose all of its power, the engine sounds fine, just no power. if i switch it off then back on again its fine. any ideas what would be the cause of this?

  Hi there, I've just bought a 96 Megane, everything is great except for a couple of things. Firstly, it judders quite a lot while driving, could it be a slipping clutch? Also, the clock doesn't work, not a big problem but I'd just like to know why it's not working, could it be just a fuse?

  when im sat at the lights with my heater on "hot" i get an oily burning smell in the car but when i drive off the smell dissapears,it doesnt do it when the heater is set to "cold" at all though.....how queer...any ideas people?

  I have just put a deposit on a 2 year old scenic 1.9 dci - it drives beautifully but first to second there is a distinctive clunk. Can anyone tell me if this is normal on the scenic or should I worry? It doesnn't cluk when changing down from third.

  I would like to import a trabant from Germany but am told that the reg plate stays with the owner and I don't fancy driving back with no reg plate or insurance. Could somebody let me know how this is done?
