  Just a little observation I made today. Yesterday i was cleaning a top-spec A4 estate which is about 6 months old and I have to say, Audi seems to be cheapening their interior trim somewhat these days. The leather looked no better than that which I found in a Kia and the bit of psuedo-metal plastic surrounding the gearlever looked especially cheap and nasty.

  I hope someone can give me some sound advice. The differential in an Audi 80 I recently purchased has needed rebuilding - apparently this is not an uncommon problem. I removed the gearbox/differential unit myself and gave it to a local rebuilder who assured me he would replace the diff bearings, crownwheel and pinion with genuine new Audi parts.

  Hi All, Unfortunately someone rear-ended my 7 month old A3 S-line in June of this year. They hit me at about 20mph I would say. I was able to drive the car to the Audi dealer, and the next thing I knew, it was at the "approved" Audi repairer for the region. Now this Audi repairer is allegedly one of only 20 garages that is approved to repair an R8, so they should be able to get it right.

  We have been looking for a car for my son. We’ve settle upon a 2019 Audi A3. The car is from a used car dealer not a franchise. The building and facilities look very respectable. When we performed a HPI check the vehicle is showing outstanding finance. It is described as Unit Stocking with BMW finance for a 5 month period.

    Cars don’t use a massive amount of carpet for their flooring, but the quality of carpet in the cars can range from really good in Volvo, Audi or Range Rover to poor quality in Kia's, Renault & Ford   Now if the quality of carpeting comes down to price, i really can’t see the price differential being massive between both for a certain meterage.

I need enough boot space to bung a big pram, flat pram seat thingy and shopping in the boot. Good MPG is required as I'll be doing motorway stints from London to Manchester. 4 doors required due to a child seat (baby included!)

  Also sometimes after one of these 'twitches' the glow plug light will come on and start flashing. when you turn the igniton off and restart it goes away. car runs fine with no loss of MPG or turbo boost when this isnt going on. Audi has just replaced all the injectors as part of a recall which i hoped would fix this but is hasnt. I have ordered a VAG reader but it hasnt arrived yet so dont have any error codes as yet. Anyone got any ideas?

  Not being a wheel expert I chose the wheels very carefully from the mytyres website specifically for my Audi Q3. Apart from the wheels taking several weeks to be despatched, they had not been balanced correctly and worst of all had not been supplied with spacers (spigots) to take up the difference in size between the centre of the alloy wheel and the car's hub.

  Hi guys, hoping to get some advice here.   Audi a4 1.9 tdi, 2000.   Rev counter isn't reading correctly ; reads 1000rpm when engine off, then if i cycle the ignition it reads 2000rpm engine off, cycle again - 3000rpm.....you get the idea.

  Recently my Audi struggles to restart if I stall it. I have to turn it over for about 4 seconds and press the accelerator down to get it to just about splutter into life which I never had to do before. It can also have the same symptoms if I stop it to nip into a shop for a couple of minutes then try to start it.
