  Does this stuff (fuel cleaner & injection cleaner) actually work? The stuff you put straight into your petrol tank to clean fuel and to and to make your car run smoother etc. If its any good what one should I buy? Regards, Dave

  I have a new transit connect for work and the hand book says the fuel tank is 60 liters I have run untill the fuel light comes on plus 10 miles and it only took 45 liters. Is the hand book wrong or has it a large reserve?

  i have a rover 416sli n reg and iinstalled a new car stereo and now i have noticed my sidelights, fog lights, tail lights and dashboard lights. what could be the problem, do the sidelights etc run of a different circuit to main beam???

  When I turn the key on my E30 318IS nothing happens at all! Never had any tourble at all and it roll starts and runs fine. Is it definitely a new starter motor as the cheapest I've found is £81 (recon)- aaaargh...! Thanks in anticipation.

  My old Golf runs brilliantly apart from a slight hesitation when the car is moving and the accelerator is pressed firmly. Everything seems to be working OK i.e. no vacuum loss, recent full service etc. Any ideas please.

  Does anyone know if the Mercedes 450SLC (W107) has hardened valve seats, and can be run on unleaded alone, or does it require an additive? I\'ve tried looking on the http://www.mbclub.co.uk forum, and had no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

  as there is no obvious access to the top of the radiator in my 1994 mondeo without sgnificant dismantling am I corrrect in thinking i can pour radweld directly into the expansion tank? if i do , do I then just run the engine for a few minutes? cheers

  I run a 1999 Merc C280. I'm delighted with the car, but every time it goes into the MB garage for routine services, the bills are frightening. Does anybody know of any independent operations who have access to MB tools and techniques in the West Midlands ... or anywhere else??

  I have L 94 Cavalier Hatch and for the 2nd year running there is water comming into the boot on the nearside. I have had the light fitting off to check the sunroof hose, there was no sign of leaking. I fixed the broken ariel but the water still gets in.

  Generally it will fire and start, but it will either stop within a few revs, or idle and hesitate every few seconds, and then stop, or idle OK for longer, hesitating occasionally, and then stop, or it might run perfectly. If it decides to run, I can drive it and have driven it for 10-20 miles without a problem until I try to start it again. It does not seem to be any different when hot or cold, except that it seems less problematic starting if it had just been running OK.

  So, Walking the dog by the local football fields, there in the car park was a Range Rover, unoccupied with the engine running and no one near enough to stop me or anyone else jumping in and disapearing with it. Question. Would insurance have paid out?

  Hello beackroom Is there a method whereby a vehicle is converted to run on LPG, and this system can be used to bring air conditioning to the vehicle itself. I have noticed that LPG is very cold as a liquid and it would be good to use this for the cabin.   Thanks GREG
