Citroen DS - Any experience? 13 Jun 2003 (Forum)
I'm kind of thinking that I've got a lot of enjoyment out of my two Rover P6's that it might be time to move on to a new challenge. I've always liked the Citroen DS. My own knowledge is a bit patchy but I know that I'll probably go for a 21 Super 5 as it's by far the most popular one sold in the UK. -
Another MG ZR post (Dealer and Price) 9 Jun 2003 (Forum)
Can anyone give me a contact number at Rover to try to have a rational discussion with somebody in Sales? P S I am also eligible for MG car club Preferred Customer Discount - but nobody knows if that is "as well as" or "instead of". P P S Does anyone know where I can get a ZR 105 one year old at a sensible price bearing in mind the alleged high rate of depreciation...? -
Hi Ho Silver! 2 Feb 2003 (Forum)
- Every other car, 4X4 or MPV I see on the road these days, no matter what model or marque seems to be Silver. IMO the increase in popularity happened in the mid/late 90's - I especially recall seeing most of the "new" BMW 5's(E39) and Merc E class' coming out in Silver and it seemed that all the other marques followed suit. How many car adverts have you seen in recent years with Silver cars in them? -

Volkswagen Phaeton 22 Nov 2002 (Forum)
Absolutely hideous car by UK standards. Looks like a cross between a VW Passat and Pug 607. Compared to the beautiful new S class and imposing 7 series, it looks throughly cheap and nasty. The kind of thing you'd expect to pay $25k for in the US as far as external looks go. Who in their right mind would buy this car in the UK? -
Who is David Hardcastle? 14 Sep 2002 (Forum)
I don't have any problem with paying charges to use some roads, once what we have already paid is spent on what it was collected for. If they were more honest about the budget they wouldn't need to top it up with pathetic "s************s", located on long straight stretches of safe road, or dual carriageways with 40 limits, which you join from single lane roads with a 60 limit. -

A5 or Arteon 16 Feb 2022 (Forum)
Hi all Looking for your feedback. I’m torn between an A5 fastback S line trim or an Arteon R line spec with the 2.0 diesel. Around an 18 plate the dimensions look reasonably the same the Arteon is slightly cheaper. Anyone have experience of running Costs, servicing , residuals? -
